What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Your delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. It is totally dependent upon the region of delivery

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Online credit card processing is one of the most popular and safest way for both buyer and seller ends. That’s why we have also opted credit card payments.

How long will delivery take?

Orders within the UK will usually be delivered within 5-7 working days and for rest of EU 7-10 days after receiving your order confirmation. Deliveries to all other territories will take 2-4 weeks. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends and public holidays.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or at the following work day. Orders via pre-payment are sent out on the day we receive the payment.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You receive an invoice at delivery of the ordered goods. After your order is processed successfully, the payment platform will send a confirmation e-mail with invoice link in it.
